This is almost unreadable. Even for a "celeb" memoir.It's a stream of consciousness where Shep tries to justifies all the mistakes he's made in life by claiming no damage was done. It doesn't feel like it was ever edited or even read. The whole thing could have been written in one night with enough vodka-red-bulls. I loved getting an uninterrupted few days listening to Shep's stories and opinions. He's every bit as charming and smart as he is wise when it comes to life and marriage--never willing to be less than who he is and finally ready to trust a woman to love the authentic Shep. I'm going to guess he's an enneagram 7, is a night owl which manifests as ADHD symptoms/lazy if he doesn't get enough sleep, and he's never anything but totally honest about it. He's literally here for a good time! The ladies in his life are going to have to depend on his inherited wealth to outsource all the duties around the house that he'll be too busy traveling and having a good time for! He's 100% right about the dangers of cancel culture and I loved that he added that to his book. And how DO you commit all of those lines from classical literature to memory??
